When you have received the ordered product, the 90-day cooling-off period starts. You may use the item cautiously to evaluate it, but you are not supposed to use the item for 90 days.

These office chairs are in very good condition. The Haworth Comforto is equipped with a new upholstered seat, armrests and netweave. The signs of wear are minimal and the office chairs have been professionally cleaned.
The Haworth-Comforto Livelyl, or the D2965, was designed by the Haworth Design Studio. The Haworth Lively is an office chair that meets the working conditions requirements. The NPR armrests are a clear example of this. The armrests are adjustable, so that each person receives optimal support. The lumbar support in the back provides optimal support.
These office chairs have been refurbished. For us, 'refurbished' means that the chairs have been carefully checked, possibly reupholstered, fitted with new official parts, cleaned and resprayed if necessary. We try to get the condition of the chairs as good as new again. To guarantee our quality, we provide a 12-month warranty.
