Returns

Immediately after placing the order, we will give you 90 day cooling-off period to return the product. You can do this by returning the product with PostNL, DHL or by having our courier service pick it up.

You can follow the following steps:

1. Notify Offeco's customer service of your return by emailing Info@offeco.nl.
2. We ask you to fill in a return form. You will receive this form from us by email.
3. Pack the products in the original packaging.
4. Send the products via a parcel service or have it picked up by our courier service.
5. When we have received the products, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you. Any costs for the return are for your own account.
6. If we encounter damage to the products, costs will be charged for this.
