Our office furniture is delivered within 1-5 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. For European deliveries, a delivery time of 3-8 working days applies.
We think quality is important! our goal is for our products to last a long time, and we guarantee that with our warranties. We are ready for you both within and outside the warranty period. (See below on the product page for the warranty of the relevant product.)
When you have received the ordered product, the 90-day cooling-off period starts. You may use the item cautiously to evaluate it, but you are not supposed to use the item for 90 days.
If the order does not meet your expectations, you can easily request a return by sending an email to info@offeco.nl. We will then send you all the necessary information by email.
With the Office Chair Deluxe package, we completely disassemble the office chair and inspect all mechanical parts. These are injected and repaired if necessary, so that the functionality of the office chair is optimal again. Any broken parts within the mechanism that cannot be repaired with the available materials will be invoiced on a subsequent calculation basis. In addition, the office chair is thoroughly cleaned and provided with new upholstery.
We try to breathe new life into the office chairs we have refurbished and bring them as visually close to new as possible. We discuss everything before starting work to avoid unforeseen costs.
