At Office chair plus we will do everything we can to get all mechanical aspects in order and to clean your office chair completely. Together we ensure that your office chair will last a long time again.

With Office chair basic you have to disassemble and send your office chair yourself. We facilitate the shipping box. 

 

Step 1: Choose a package

Order the package that suits you!

You will receive a collection date and delivery date by email.

Step 2: We will get started

We get to work with your office chair. We will arrange everything that can be repaired for you immediately. Think, for example, of broken armrests, mechanical defects or loose hanging materials. If we need to order new parts, we will always contact you first.

Step 3: Delivery

After you have approved the chair, we will deliver the office chair back to you. You will receive an email from us with the delivery date and time slot.

Are you not satisfied? Then take contact with us and we will help you immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

We always try to return your office chair as good as new within 7 working days with the Swift couriers or with PostNL.

When repairing you get a minimum of 6 months warranty. If you still have a warranty with us, those months will be added as an extra.

For business customers it is possible to receive loan chairs during the process.

With the Plus and Deluxe packages you will receive the office chair assembled. With the basic package you will receive the chair disassembled in a box.
