Our office furniture is delivered within 1-5 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. For European deliveries, a delivery time of 3-8 working days applies.
We think quality is important! our goal is for our products to last a long time, and we guarantee that with our warranties. We are ready for you both within and outside the warranty period. (See below on the product page for the warranty of the relevant product.)
When you have received the ordered product, the 90-day cooling-off period starts. You may use the item cautiously to evaluate it, but you are not supposed to use the item for 90 days.

The Therapod X Compact features a height-adjustable Therapod® Sense Fit Technology mid-high back. The soft BIO Seat Technology seat supports the pelvis and redistributes the pressure. In combination with a Donati synchronous mechanism and 3D armrests that are adjustable in height, width and depth, the Therapod X Compact is extremely comfortable, even for long periods of sitting.
This office chair is also equipped with a plastic black design base, a two-stage gas lift and multifunctional wheels. The Therapod X Compact has a standard 15-year warranty.

To guarantee and close the cycle of the materials, the user receives a deposit amount of 50 euros per complete chair at the end of the life cycle. We can then dismantle the products and reuse the maximum number of components for a new useful life.
