What should I do if my sit-stand desk malfunctions?

You have just bought a new sit-stand desk to work ergonomically, but then there is a big problem, the desk no longer goes up or down.  

We have some tips for you, so that the desk can be made working again.

1. try using the “reset” function, which means holding down the ↓ button so that the desk reaches the lowest height level and bounces back. Usually this way can solve the problem.
2. Some sit-stand desks are reset by pressing the down and up button at the same time. With other sit-stand desks, you only press the down button. Do this for about 1 minute. You often hear a 'bzz' sound or a beep when the reset is successful.
3. It is a classic, but also often a good solution. Unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Isn't it working? Then unplug the power cord for 5 minutes and then try again. If it still doesn't work, the motor in the desk is probably broken. Have you purchased a sit-stand desk from us?
